Sell prices
A catch sells for its base value × quality × size multiplier, rounded up. Size multipliers use the catch's size divided by its base size.
The formula, one step at a time
A catch with a generated value starts with (5 × (1 + 0.25 × tier))^(2.5 − loot weight). Loot weight below 0.4 adds a ×1.1 multiplier. Loot weight below 0.15 adds a ×1.25 multiplier. Loot weight below 0.05 adds a ×1.5 multiplier. These multipliers stack. Other items use their fixed base value.
The catch is then multiplied by its quality (×1 to ×15) and by its size band below, and finally rounded up to whole dollars: final worth = ceil(value × quality × band).

A range includes its lower bound and stops before its upper bound.

Alligator
Alligator has a base size of 2.5 m, tier 2 and loot weight 0.1. At its base size and Normal quality it sells for $174.
The size name and price multiplier use separate threshold tables. Coin Bags use a fixed base value, while Treasure Chests use the generated-value formula. Size and quality multipliers still apply.
